1) Tranfer TV shows from TiVo to PC

2) Convert TiVo to MPEG

2. Install and run, Click "Add Files" and load the TiVo files you'd like to convert.

3) Convert MPEG to iPod

1. Download iPod Video Converter software and launch. The iPod software support converting various video files to iPod video MP4, MP3, M4A, MOV, etc.

2. Click "Add", load the MPEG files.



3. Select output iPod video format from "Profile". It supports "iPod 30G", "iPod 60G".

4. The default output video size is "320x240", you can adjust the output video size at the right of the panel according to the MPEG files' video size (You can check it by clicking "View -> Show File Information").
Hints: The new iPod can carry MP4 video which is up to 2.5 mbps, 480x480, 30 frames per sec. That corresponds nicely to most TiVo devices which output 480x480 video at “Good” and “Best” quality.

5. Click "Encode" to start the TiVo to iPod conversion.
