1) Tranfer TV shows from TiVo to PC
Before transfer TiVo to Zune, you need to first transfer TiVo movies to your PC. Download TiVo Desktop software. When your TiVo is connected to your home network, TiVo Desktop provides you with a list of available shows for transferring to your PC.



You can play TiVo video files using Windows Media Player.

2) Convert TiVo to MPEG

To convert TiVo to WMV, MP4 playable on Zune, you need to extract the content of .TiVo files as unprotected MPEGs.

2. Install and run, Click "Add Files" and load the TiVo files you'd like to convert.

3) Convert MPEG to Zune

1. Download Zune Video Converter + DVD to Zune Suite or Zune Video Converter software and launch.

2. Click "Open file" button to load the MPEG file(s), then hit "Convert".
Optional settings: Before converting, you can also set video size, output format, frame rate, bitrate, aspect ratio and more parameters by clicking "Advance".



3. Transfer the output WMV or MP4 video files to Zune software, then sync to your Zune player.
